Your data and your profile

Muzes Me uses Discord to sign you in. We store your Discord identifier, display name and avatar, the profile you create, uploaded media and purchase entitlements. We do not request your Discord password or access your messages.

Public and private

Publishing makes your biography, links, uploaded profile media and cosmetic additions publicly accessible. Unpublished profiles and unreferenced media are accessible only to the owner. Keep personal information out of your profile if you do not want it public.

Discord activity

When Discord activity is enabled in your profile settings and you belong to our community server, our dedicated bot observes your public Discord status and shared activities. These may include a game, music, custom status and activity artwork. The last observed online time is an observation by our bot, not your complete Discord history. Invisible is indistinguishable from offline. The bot does not read messages or track software you have not shared with Discord.

You can hide this information in profile settings. Activity records expire after 24 hours without updates; the last observed online time stays on your account until account deletion. A disconnected bot makes the public status unavailable instead of claiming you are offline. Your avatar is synchronized from Discord.

Guestbook and reactions

Guestbook messages require a Discord account and wait for approval by the profile owner or administrator. Approved messages show your Discord name, avatar and message publicly. Reactions are limited to one current reaction per account and message. The owner can reject or delete messages. Moderation decisions are recorded to resolve abuse reports.

Cookies and analytics

A necessary host-only session cookie keeps you signed in for up to 14 days. The sign-in state and pending profile-name cookies expire after 10 minutes. Profile analytics count requests and link clicks per day, with one view per browser, profile and UTC day. A signed anonymous browser cookie lasts 30 days and its hashed daily deduplication record expires after two days. Clearing cookies or changing browsers can count again; visitor identities are not shown. Daily counters expire after 90 days. Rate-limit keys use digests and expire automatically. This application does not currently load Google Analytics or advertising scripts.

Payments

Checkout and subscription management are hosted by Stripe when configured. Muzes Me stores purchase references and subscription status, not full payment card details. Payment records are retained for accounting, fraud prevention and support.

Account requests

Contact the site operator to request access, correction or deletion of your account and uploaded media. Moderation reports and required payment records may be retained while necessary to resolve a case or meet applicable obligations.
